Movement and mobility...

This was a series of movements that I put together at the start of the first lockdown.

There is a combinations of walk outs, pigeons, hip openers,upward / downward dog movements - I didn't want to go for a walk, or do a workout - I just felt my body wanted to release some stress and just have some time away from the hustle and bustle of life. I wrote a post a week or so ag about not having to be 100% of one thing or another - I see this with exercise too.

We don't always have to be a high intensity - we can mix it up.
