Four Week Beginner Plan

Hello,

I am excited to share with you a 'Four Week Beginner Strengthening Plan'.

If you feel that you want to start to strengthen your body that bit more, then I have the solution for you. It may be that you have had some time away from strengthening or want to start adding in some more strengthening exercises to your weekly routine. You can take this plan completely at your own pace and I am here to support you as and when you may need it.

You will have access to workouts which last for up to 13 minutes and only three or four exercises per workout - so it will be super simple to follow and master so that you get the results you want.

The 'Beginner Plan' will delivered through my Trainerize Training app which allows you to workout anywhere at anytime.  An optimal program for you will allow you to help you reach your full potential.  All workouts come with video examples of exercises to make sure your form is perfect.


Sessions included:

Core x 2 sessions a week
Upper Body x 2 sessions a week
Lower Body x 2 sessions a week
Each session is 11-13 mins long.
