It’s easy to get bored with your workouts. Easy to get lost in all the information (and misinformation) about what exercises to do or not do. Here is a challenge for you to mix up your training for the month of April with 26 exercise challenges which we will be set throughout the month of April.
Throughout the month of April, we will go through the alphabet with exercises starting with each letter.
On first day, the movement will start with the letter ‘A’. On the second day, the movement will start with the letter ‘B’.....as we go on I may cluster some letters together on certain days.
At the start of the month, you will pledge the number of reps that you complete for each exercise - 25, 50, 75 or 100. You can increase these but not decrease!
To keep accountable then record on time lapse your reps (and post it on your stories on social media to encourage others to move and feel great too!).

There will be a closed Facebook Group where I will post the exercises and you can then post to say when you have completed the exercises - this is the accountability part of it.
I’ve created it this challenge as a class on 1st April 20:00. But it’s not a class, just a sign up point!
There will be a range of exercises that work a wide assortment of muscles and a variety of skill levels. You will be able to make the exercise more (or less) challenging in the number of reps that you do and the range of movement.
If you do not want to do the exercises on the set day, then you can cluster some exercises together and do them on the same day - perhaps every three days. As with all my challenges, it is making it work for you and your lifestyle.
