Hi, I am Kirsty and I am so glad you are here. I'm the founder of the 'STRONGERMe' program which is designed to provide you with challenging, effective and time efficient workouts for all fitness levels with minimal equipment.

STRONGERMe Pre Recorded Workouts are absolutely 💯 PERFECT for those that want to introduce strengthening into their lifestyle - you can go at your own pace and choose your own weights and there is plenty of accountability and support -  I am there to support you along the way.
