My Personal Journey: It's been a journey of self-discovery and growth since I made the decision to step away from my teaching career in 2018. While it was a tough choice, it allowed me to rediscover the importance of balance in life.
I became so immersed in my job that I lost sight of myself, my family, and the harmony that keeps us grounded. It took a break to realise that life is a delicate dance, and finding the right rhythm is key.
Fast forward to today, and I'm thrilled to share that I've dedicated my career to helping people find balance in their lives. Whether it's through coaching, workshops, or simply sharing my journey, my goal is to inspire others to prioritise their well-being.
Life is a beautiful blend of work and personal moments, and I'm here to support you in navigating that mix.
