First of all - do you want to feel FITTER, STRONGER and HEALTHIER?
I know I can make a difference to your fitness, strength and health and if you are ready to take that step then I am one DM or message or email away from you starting this journey.
My job is to support your fitness and wellbeing journey. This does not just mean to be there for you to come to a selection of classes but to really support the 'whole' of you. This is your nutrition, your mindset, your confidence to try new things as you start your journey ro feel fitter, stronger and healthier.
I will provide the support for you but it is you that needs to put it into practice. It may be that you need to make lifestyle changes and I know that you will feel better for it and I will support you along the way.
The first few sessions may feel difficult, maybe even uncomfortable but as you carry on and you are consistent in your journey, you will reap the benefits. It does get easier - especially with the zoom sessions as you work out how to make it work for you.
This will be a two way process for this to work - keep talking to me and tell me how you are doing and I will be talking to you too.
