Set yourself a fitness / wellbeing challenge for the month of June! All you need to do is post your challenge in the ‘thread’ of the event and the end of each week you need to post how you are getting on.
So, go for it, set  yourself a challenge that is achievable yet challenging to complete throughout the month of June - and make sure you can measure it
For example, my challenge is to run 60 miles in June.
