🙌These three words will underpin our Thirty Day Reset this month....

 


❓What do these words mean to you?
We created a mind map around each word tonight and highlighted which word came at the top of the list for us.
➡️ Have a go - it’s actually quite enlightening what you will put and it cements the need to look after your fitness and well-being.

🥳 I am so excited about the Thirty Day Reset - we have a group of 20 ladies all ready and raring to go...all with different pledges, goal and habits to consider. I love the supportive community that is created during these programs.

⭐️ Some of the ‘resetters’ have a focus on movement, others on nutrition and some with a focus on self care - we don’t try to change everything - we take it step by step - and support one another in a private Facebook group and also weekly catch ups on Sundays at 8pm.

👩‍🎓We also have a parallel group of Cheltenham Primary School staff taking part in the same program - again supporting one another.
