ā“What do these words mean to you?
We created a mind map around each word tonight and highlighted which word came at the top of the list for us.
āž”ļø Have a go - itā€™s actually quite enlightening what you will put and it cements the need to look after your fitness and well-being.

šŸ„³ I am so excited about the Thirty Day Reset - we have a group of 20 ladies all ready and raring to go...all with different pledges, goal and habits to consider. I love the supportive community that is created during these programs.

ā­ļø Some of the ā€˜resettersā€™ have a focus on movement, others on nutrition and some with a focus on self care - we donā€™t try to change everything - we take it step by step - and support one another in a private Facebook group and also weekly catch ups on Sundays at 8pm.

šŸ‘©ā€šŸŽ“We also have a parallel group of Cheltenham Primary School staff taking part in the same program - again supporting one another.
