Everyone's starting point will be different but everyone will be starting on the same date and be able to support one another - virtually through in-app support group.

For this programme, all the workouts are carried in your own time and in your own space. There is no demand on you to be at a certain place at a certain time.

All Virtual Fitness Classes are included within this package.
