We have three monthly programs available for you to choose from.

We all begin somewhere - you just need to choose where you would like to start.

The Bronze membership will provide access to our member's area which is updated every week with two high intensity workouts which you can personalise to your starting level and a core workout. In additon to this, you have access to a library of previous workouts and you will be invited to our private facebook member's group.

The Silver Membership - you will be set up our Online Programme plus you can attend an optional 4 x small group sessions per month in person. In addition to this, will provide access to the member's area and facebook group as detailed above.

The Gold Membership - you will be set up our Online Programme plus you can attend an optional 8 x small group sessions per month in person. In addition to this, will provide access to the member's area and facebook group as detailed above.

Our Community

A group of people of various ages and backgrounds have all made the same decision to train with Infinite Balance. This supportive community is a place where people feel comfortable with sharing their struggles with fitness and wellbeing goals as much as their successes.

We come together as a community through shared fitness sessions, charity events, shared goals, facebook groups and our online training platform.

For many, the gym can be an intimidating place, by creating a sense of community we provide support for you to reach your goals and that extra spice of motivation to keep going.
