Mobilise, Core and Stretch

Dynamic stretching, core and mobility. Just playing with some movements....hips, spine, shoulders...😜plus a cheeky bit of activation too.

Towel Stretch - Grab a towel and enjoy moving your body to stretch and relax.

Please do pause and rewind to spend more time on specific stretches. This is not intended to be watched and carried out in one go - take your time over the moments, feel your body move and focus on extending the range of movement with repetitive movement.
