Welcome to the '28 Days of Movement'! I am really excited about this challenge.
As we find ourselves in lockdown 3.0, many of us are becoming less active and needing the extra push to get us going. This challenge is an individual effort, but you will have the support of a group behind you.
I will make sure the workouts are at the level that you need and you can always add in additional challenges as you go.
If you want to raise money for charity at the same time, then you can set up your own JustGiving page and if you share your fundraising efforts on your social media stories, tag me in and I will support and share.

For only £39.99, I will provide you with 28 days of movement using our Trainerize App. The workouts will be for all levels of fitness. The mission is to have a completed workout for the 28 days of February. You can add in walks and other exercise plus stretch/ mobility is included and counted as movement within the 28 days of movement.
You can opt into a 'Sit Up' and 'Burpee' challenge which will be recorded on our Trainerize App.
You will set your own 'intention' for the month, which can be in addition to the Trainerize workouts - for example, to run a certain number of miles or complete so many squats / burpees per day.
If you would like to raise money for a charity of your choice,then please do and please tag 'Infinite Balance' in your social media stories so I can support you.
PLUS we will have our own private Facebook Group to support one another.
For new customers, the cost will be £39.99 which will also give you access to 8 zoom live workouts. Or you can upgrade for unlimited Zoom workouts for £64.99 for the month (message me for this option).
On completion of 28 days of movement, I’ll email you a certificate!

Kirsty is a fab trainer. I started to have sessions with her five months ago when I was feeling unfit and out of condition. She has helped me to really enjoy exercise again and has gently increased the intensity of my workouts as I get fitter.
At 54 I thought my running and jogging days were over, but I completed a 5k run in December with other infinite balance clients and am running a 10k next month.
I work away quite a lot and Kirsty has been brilliant at setting up programmes So I can workout in the gym when I’m away.
That said, I love the small group PT sessions at Kirsty’s studio and always come away feeling I’ve worked hard and had some laughter with the other ladies.
Thank you Kirsty for helping me feel better physically and mentally and for helping me to shed some pounds!
