Sports Massage
Treatment. Rehabilitation. Maintenance.
Sports Massage isn’t just about sport. It’s a treatment for all discomfort caused by injury or imbalance to the body’s soft tissue. Whether that’s from postural problems sitting at a computer or sudden trauma in competitive sport, sports massage can assist. My aim is to support and accelerate recovery, getting you back to your daily routine pain-free, more mobile and ready for the next challenge.
Based in Cheltenham, I offer hands-on treatment designed to reduce pain, improve movement and support long-term physical wellbeing. My approach is friendly, professional, and tailored to you, treating the issue, supporting recovery and maintaining your body long term.
Sports Massage with Paul is about helping your body move the way it should so you can get back to doing what you love.

With Paul Lockyer | Sports Massage
Hi, I’m Paul. I’m a sports massage therapist with a passion for helping people move better, recover faster, and feel their best.
I’ve worked with athletes at all levels and with the general population, and I still compete as an Ironman Triathlete myself. I bring that experience into every session, combining expert knowledge, a thoughtful approach, and a friendly, warm manner. I’m also a good listener—I like to understand your body, your goals, and any concerns so that each treatment is tailored just for you to get the best results.
My aim is to help you reduce pain, improve mobility, support recovery, and feel great in your body, whether you’re active, getting back into exercise, or just looking for some restorative care. I create a calm, welcoming space where you can relax, knowing you’re in safe hands.
I’m here to support you, help you move well, and make sure you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Paul & Kirsty at the Cotswold 113 Triathlon
In the photo below: a Half Ironman to remember — 1.9km swim, 90km bike ride, and a half marathon! Paul lapped Kirsty, stopping for a quick chat for 1km… then running off into the distance!
The perfect combination of support, love of movement — and lots of smiles along the way. 💪🚴♂️🏊♀️🏃♂️
