Infinite Balance is here to help you to achieve your personal health and fitness goals. We provide the knowledge, experience and personal coaching to support your success.

We believe that fitness is for all and our programmes can be adapted for all ages and levels of ability.

We are designed to move, and move really well. At Infinite Balance, we strive for you to have a functionally strong body.

With a combination of functional movements with Kettlebells, Medicine balls, Resistance Bands and others we teach your body to be super strong in any situation and still look and feel great.

Personal Training

Your workout will be designed specifically for YOU. With your goals in mind, we will tailor your workouts to achieve the results you’re looking for. Sounds good doesn’t it?!

Personal Training sessions are organised directly through Kirsty. Cost from £32.90. Monthly membership packages available.

Stretch and Relax

A 2 hour workshop to de-stress and unwind tight muscles using a combination of stretching to calm the body and mind.

This takes place from 7:15pm to 9:00pm on the first Sunday of every month. Cost £15. This can be booked as part of a membership package with a £5 supplement fee.

Small Group Training

By combining interval, functional and bodyweight training into one complete program, our small group training classes are virtually guaranteed to deliver results! Beginners welcome. This can take place as a pair or up to a group of 6.

Mondays 9am, 12:30pm, 8pm

Wednesdays 9am, 6pm, 8pm

Fridays 9am, 10:15am

Fitball Body Conditioning

body conditioning class that uses the stability ball and resistance bands to work on strength and tone of the whole body, with a particular focus on core strength and stability.

This class is perfect if you like variety in your workout and you want to work those areas that other workouts miss.

Tuesdays 9:30am - 10:30am

Thursdays 8pm - 9pm

Fridays 1:30pm to 2:30pm
