All you need is a space for you to move in...and we might use a chair or a couple of cans to spice up the workout a bit! No weights needed.

How it works 'virtually':
Kirsty will greet everyone at the start of the session. When the session starts, she will 'mute' everyone and 'spotlight' her video so you can have a view of what she is doing.
Throughout the session, Kirsty will talk you through ALL of the exercises - giving you tips on how to make it harder or easier.
Sessions are friendly and welcoming - come along and give it a go.
The sessions are generally 40 - 50 minutes in length.

To book our sessions, we use a secure booking software, called 'Team Up'. You can call Kirsty to book in your first session or you can book from here.
How to book:
Choose the date of the session you would like to attend (days and times are above of the weekly schedule)
Choose the sesssion and click on the session.
Register and pay for the session.
You can Pay As You Go or there are monthly membership options.
*Personal Training sessions are booked directly with Kirsty.
